This month, we are featuring the March poetry slam winner, Emmanuel Jean-Pierre.
Emmanuel Jean-Pierre is a Haitian-American writer originally from Orange, New Jersey. He writes spoken word and poetry, but his specialty is sci-fi and fantasy novels. He has self-published “The Book of Elyon”, a fantasy book about children with powers and is currently working as the Creative Arts Coordinator at Nyack College. When he’s not writing, he loves to watch movies, do random things with friends, and do parkour.
