The Village of Suffern began its Halloween festivities with its Annual Halloween Window Decorating Event! This year over 120 Students participated and lined Suffern's downtown on Lafayette Avenue between Washington and Orange Avenues. The windows were judged by members of SuffernSenior Citizens group. Prize money courtesy of the Suffern Chamber of Commerce.
