Our Chamber, along with Mayor Markunas, Town of Ramapo representative John Lynch, Legislator Aney Paul, and Senator David Carlucci, attended a special ribbon cutting at the new Adaraka Indian Restaurant which took the place of Priya Indian Cuisine's location at 36 Lafayette Avenue.

The Adaraka Restaurant family and staff annointed all the participants and also held a lamplighting ceremony which is a tradition before beginning any auspicious events. As they shared, light symbolizes the absence of darkness, grief and unhappiness.

"Fabulous breads, curries and masalas" are part of why this Rockland County Indian Cuisine is "a winner" exclaim boosters of its "authentic, delicious " fare that "stands up to the best in the city"; locals love the "great lunch buffet", while the "more than friendly owners" set the tone for "gracious service".

This was a well-written and positive announcement that clearly conveyed the excitement around the opening. I appreciated how you highlighted the community aspect and the effort behind the launch. The tone felt welcoming and informative without being overly promotional. It reminded me of a business-focused wellness discussion I came across on https://www.rosedalewellness.com/ where community growth and supportive environments were emphasized. Congratulations on sharing such uplifting news.
