Sloatsburg businesswoman Barbara Berntsen had the idea of a coffee shop complete with outdoor seating percolating since she bought a building in the village center some years ago. Timing is everything.
Now Berntsen, partner Nicole Scanlon and Cindy Sass Garcia will begin serving up fresh joe and more at The Village Blend coffee cafe. Perfectly located just off the Village of Sloatsburg Commuter Lot at the nicely done village walk - installed by Berntsen and company.
